Originally, Qatar Airways’ pod-style seats were launched in 2017, featuring sliding doors for privacy and suites in the center aisle that can be converted into lie-flat double beds. Now the airline has announced an even more luxurious iteration of their premium in-flight service.

There are numerous benefits to these new seats, such as increased privacy, increased height, more legroom, entertainment screens, and storage areas as it is one of the primary issues in the current Qsuites. There will be new business-class pajamas available created by London-based The White Company, which specializes in luxurious sleepwear. Additionally, Qsuites can be combined to create a larger suite in which guests can converse and eat together in groups of two or four seats. Some even fit together to form a double bed. Each and every one of these suites are carefully designed to provide guests an area of comfort in the sky, spacious interiors and luxurious amenities. Compared to the current Qsuite seats, each seat will be 1.5 inches wider when upright and 4 inches wider when lying flat.
The original 21.5-inch video screens have been replaced and upgraded to 4K OLED panels. With this upgraded device, you can stream music to your own noise-canceling headphones or earbuds over Bluetooth. Features on these new devices also include touch controls that have different modes of light settings and wireless charging.
Besides all the new features that will be released on the Next-Generation Suites, the press release announced that there will be a new variety selection of food and beverages on the menu.
When are the Qsuites scheduled to deliver?
Qatar Airways' Next-Generation Suites is scheduled and expected for delivery by the end of 2025 and will be launched on Boeing 777-X aircraft.
